Elevate your freediving skills – push your depths to new extremes or refine your technique in a boutique, small-group setting.

Join us for an immersive freediving excursion focused on advancing your depth and technique. After a short ride offshore, we’ll set up buoys (or bring your own) just beyond the local Sunshine Coast reefs in the open blue. This certified tour is designed to adapt to each diver’s experience level, with small groups ensuring a more personalized experience. Whether you’re looking for guidance or prefer independent practice, the choice is yours. Need a trainer? We can arrange one for an additional cost.

On our way back, we’ll visit a local reef for some laid-back exploration and fun, capping off a rewarding day in the water.

Explore the vibrant marine life of Moreton Island S Flinders Reef, with caves on one side and a pristine tropical reef on the other, all in a small- group setting.

Ideal for Level 1 and above certified freedivers, this small-group adventure offers a scenic trip along the coastline to the peak of Moreton Island. Flinders Reef showcases two stunning facets, and weather permitting, we aim to explore both. As a marine park (Green Zone), Flinders is alive with vibrant marine life, including schools of fish, rays, turtles, and, if you’re lucky, even sharks. This boutique guided experience ensures a more intimate and personalized dive, making the most of the reef’s incredible biodiversity.

Nurse Rock is one of the few aggregation sites on the east coast of Grey Nurse sharks (Sand Tigers).

Join us for an adventure to one of our favourite spots is Nurse Rock where in winter we find amazing grey nurse sharks! Nurse Rock is one of the few aggregation sites on the east coast of Grey Nurse sharks (Sand Tigers). These amazingly calm and friendly sharks make for the perfect dive buddies for shark enthusiasts or for those who are still in their budding stages of shark love. We don’t only find Grey nurse sharks here, sometimes we also find turtles, Wobby gongs, rays and all kinds of schooling fish.

For EX HMAS Dives Mooloolaba – We meet back at Sunreef Mooloolaba, where we depart for the EX-HMAS Brisbane which is about 15 minutes out of the river and no more than 15m out from the Mooloolaba Spit

For all other bookings, we meet at Kawana Waters Hotel – 136 Point Cartwright Dr, Buddina QLD 4575, Australia.

You will be advised the day prior what time to meet – usually from 7:30/8am.

Our diving & snorkelling in Sunshine Coast tours usually are 3-4 hours in total. It is a double dive session. This time may vary. Flinders trips are usually around 6 hours.

Line diving for requirements – depth dive, rescue, focus on equalisation, diving technique and safety

Medical – Yes, you will need to complete a medical form. Upon review, we may let you know you are required to also complete a valid 4005.1 AS Dive Medical prior to your course. You will also need to complete a liability waiver.

No, you must be certified when coming on a Line Dive, or completing the course ocean day.

However, some of our trips are snorkel tours and do not require a certification. Please check the details before you book. Participants must be 13 years +

Only at our Mudjimba Island session! We would love to show you the turtles!

All your dive gear – fins, wetsuit, snorkel, mask (if you did not hire), sunscreen, seasick tablets, water, light snacks, towel, dry clothes, hydrolyte.

Yes, we provide hire gear at $30 a day.

Yes, we highly recommend you take sea sickness tablets 30 minutes before departing land. As freedivers, we are looking down watching our divers from the surface so seasickness is very common and extremely unpleasant. It can also be dangerous as dehydration can occur. Please speak with your doctor if you require advice and have any concerns.

If we are unable to dive in the ocean due to the weather, you are able to book on the next available course/ session (with no charge). CODE.

No we don’t not provide refunds if you change your mind, however we do allow you to change dates, or put that amount towards your next day in the ocean or a retreat.
