Prize description (“the Prize”):
The Prize is a refund of the individual retail rate paid by one passenger from the entrant’s The Pressure Project whale swim/snorkel trip.
By participating in the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The Promoter is The Pressure Project (“the Promoter”).
To be included as an entrant to win back a Whale Swim, entrants must mention and tag @pressureproject and @whaleswimaustralia in a post on Instagram and add the hashtag #pressurewhalewim2026. To be included as an entrant to win back a Snorkel Trip, entrants must mention and tag @pressureproject in a post on Instagram and add the hashtag #pressuresnorkelwin.
The Prize will be refunded to the card used at the time of making the booking. The Prize winner must be able to provide their original booking details to process the refund.
The maximum total refund will not exceed the amount paid for an individual The Pressure Project whale swim / snorkel trip experience pass at the time of purchase.
To be eligible to win, entrants must have booked directly through The Pressure Project and not a third-party agent.
Visitors who used a free of charge or complimentary pass are not eligible to enter this promotion.
Employees of The Pressure Project and their immediate families or related entities are not eligible to enter this promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this promotion and/or these terms and conditions at any time for any reason, or without notice.
The Promoter will not be liable in any way in relation to any loss, damage, harm, including personal injury arising in connection with this promotion. Any decisions made by the Promoter in relation to this promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Prize is non-transferable.
Entries are the property of the Promoter and may be used for promotional purposes by them.
The winner will be notified via Instagram or email. If the winner has not confirmed acceptance of their Prize within three days, the Prize will be redrawn.
The Prize does not include any other facilities or activities that are not listed in the prize description.
