Day One:We meet at Dive Spear and Sport, Northern Beaches located centrally in the town centre of Mona Vale on the Northern Beaches in our onsite training facility to start with some freediving theory and breathwork to start the day. After a short break, we will kit you out with your freediving gear for the course before jumping into our on-site pool to learn the skills you require for freediving to prepare you for Day 2.
Day 2:We will meet at the centre and collect our gear before heading down our dive site or out on the boat for the day! Approximately 30 minutes to travel out to our site of the day, enjoy your day of dive sessions under the guidance of your experienced instructor, before heading back to the centre to complete your certification.
